摘要：This study requires students to analyze the investment and financial decisions relating to the remodel of a McDonald's restaurant in a small college town . Specifically, the case offers students an opportunity to consider three different financing options offered by McDonald's to franchise operators considering a remodel. The case also employs the restaurant framework to consider multiple applied issues, which include s facility upgrades, introduction of specialty product lines, employee turnover, the impact of Federal Reserve interest rate policy, cale for both the franchisor and franchisee.
