摘要:Urban air pollution management requires an advanced modelingand information analyzing and processing techniques. Designing asystem of air quality management must be based on a distributed andadaptive problem-solving approach, which is the aim of this work. Inthis article, we infer real-time and detailed information regardingthe air quality throughout the city of Marrakech based on pollutantsand meteorological data (historical and real-time) reported by theexisting monitoring stations. All these types of inputs fed the system,which uses an advanced computational module for analyzing andextracting needed information through the use of a set of algorithms andonline analytical processing (OLAP) tools. The advanced features of anair quality management system are necessary and expected to behelpful to stakeholders, planners and decision makers, so that theycan reliably generate a statement and prevision on the air quality,simulate and analyze more information in the decision makingprocess. The proposed system in this work will provide an intelligibletool for the air quality data collection and analysis, based on the useof K-means algorithm and Hadoop framework: HBase for datastorage and MapReduce process for data processing.
