摘要：در سالهای اخیر جایگاه معنویت در سازمانها مورد توجه روزافزون مدیران، کارکنان، مشتریان و جامعه قرار گرفته است. اما در ادبیات مربوطه معنویت به عنوان یک پدیده فرهنگی که ممکن است بر رفتار سازمان تأثیر بگذارد، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از ادبیات مربوط به معنویت چنین بر میآید که افراد با معنویت بالاتر، زندگی کاری سالمتر، شادتر و پربار تری دارند و از کارایی بالاتری برخوردارند. هدف این رساله بررسی رابطه بین معنویت و کارایی صنعت بانکداری می باشد.
其他摘要：In recent years, the place of spirituality in organizations has been increasingly considered by managers, excecutives, employees, and researchers to be essential to the organization, s interactions with employees, customers, and the community. However, little attention has been paid in the literature to the investigation of spirituality as a cultural phenomenon that might influence organizational behavior It seems clear from the spirituality literature that people with higher levels of spirituality are healthier, happier, and more productive at work. The purpose of this thosis is considering the relationship between spirituality and efficiency of banking industry.
