摘要：فرایند صنعتی شدن، پدیده ای است که بشریت را تحت سلطه خویش گرفته است و چنانچه قواعد بازی در آن به درستی رعایت نشود و کل فرایند، قانونمند نگردد، تبعات سو این سرنوشت محترم، یکی پس از دیگری نمایان می شود. اما چنانچه با صنعت به طور آگاهانه برخورد شود و شناخت کافی از زیر و بمهای آن به دست آید جبر حاکم بر آن به اختیار تبدیل می شود دانایی و آگاهی راه صحیح به کارگیری آن را هموار می سازد بر پیامدهای دلخواه می افزاید و از نتایج پیش بینی نشده و دور از اختیار و خارج از کنترل می کاهد. حوادثی که در حین کار روی می دهند تا حدود زیادی از عدم آشنایی با قانونمندیهای صنعت ناشی می شوند. چنانچه حوادث ناشی از کار را با نگرش سیستمی مورد توجه قرار دهیم شناخت بهتری نسبت به پیچیدگی ماهیت حوادث و آگاهی کاملتری در مورد عوامل موجد آنها به دست خواهیم آورد. دروندادهای سیستمهای کاری ما را در معادن و صنایع معدنی، منابع انسانی، اطلاعاتی، مالی و سایر منابع تشکیل می دهند. نارسایی و کاستی در هر یک از این منابع، در ایجاد حادثه تاثیر می گذارد.
其他摘要：If we consider accidents in mines and mining industries, through a system perspective, we will attain a better understanding of the nature and the causes of these accidents. Some of the inputs of our industries are: human resources, technology, and financial resources. Shortages in any one of these resources will have impact upon our working environment and may cause accidents in workplace. Hazardous conditions, unsafe act, old methods & techniques, shortage of skills, know-hows, unsafe equipment and tool, are some of the positive entropies in our mining industries. Managers should eliminate, control and minimize hazardous conditions and they are obliged to provide negative entropies in order to minimize the occupational accident. Employees should have access to a safe place to work, safe tools & equipment, knowledge of overt and covert hazards, competent fellow employees and supervisors, and the means to ensure that the rules and regulations are observed. In order to meet these serious obligations, managers should view the whole issue through a system perspective and use system approach to minimize the unsafe conditions and maximize the occupational safety.
