摘要：یکی از اصول مسلّم در آیین اسلام، حرکت و کرامت انسان است. جان، مال، آبرو، عقیده و رأی آدمی همه حرمت دارند و باید همواره این حریم پاس داشته شود. در حرمت و کرامت انسان، هیچ تفاوتی بین زن و مرد نیست و در فرهنگ اسلامی، زن و مرد به عنوان مخلوقات خدا و مورد عنایت ویژة اویند. افتخار نظام حقوقی اسلام آن است که از همان ابتدا زنان را دارای حقوق اقتصادی، سیاسی، خانوادگی، قضایی، عبادی شناخته است و با در نظر گرفتن مهریّه، نفقه و...حقوق مادّی و معنوی، زن را در نظام خانواده تأمین ساخته است؛ زیرا از دیدگاه اسلام، تفاوتی در حقیقت و ماهیّت زن و مرد نیست. در آیات قرآنی نیز هرگاه از کمالات و ارزش‌های والای انسانی سخن به میان می‌آید، زنان را نیز همدوش مردان مطرح می‌کند. روش کار در این مقاله به این ترتیب است که ابتدا به بررسی شرایط و حقوق زن در سه بخش اجتماعی، سیاسی و مالی در عصر جاهلیّت می‌پردازیم و بعد تحوّلی که اسلام در این شرایط و حقوق به وجود آورد، مطالعه می‌شود. هدف از این مقاله بیان بخشی از حقوقی است که اسلام برای زنان قرار داده است. ابزار کار ما استفاده از متن قرآن مجید، سنّت معصومین(ع)و کتب فقهی و حقوقی است.
其他摘要：Movement andhuman dignity is one of the basic tenets of the Islamic religion. Life, property, honor, belief and judgment of all humans are respectful and thisprivacyshould alwaysbe preserved. There is no difference between men and women in the sanctity and dignity human and inIslamic culture, men and women are as creatures of God and also they are as his Specialinterest. It's the pride of the Islamic legal system that woman is owner of rights in economic, political, familial, legal, Ebadifields and with regard to dowry, alimony and etc, provides material and spiritual rights of women in the family system, because in Islam there is no difference between the truth and the nature of man and woman. In the Quran, when there is talking about human virtues and values, it also suggests women alongside men. In the beginning of this article, we have reviewed the conditions and rights of women in three parts social, political and financial in the ageof ignoranceand then, we have studied Islamic upheavals in these conditions and rights. The purpose of this article is explanation part of the rights that Islam has given to women. We usetextof the Holy Quran, the Sunnah of Ahl al-Bayt, legal and religious books.
