摘要：دانشگاه ها یکی از مراکز مهم تامین و تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر و متخصص کشور محسوب می شوند. وجود نیروی انسانی ماهر و شایسته نیز برای رشد و توسعه صنعتی هر کشوری ضروری است. بنابراین می توان گفت که دانشگاه ها نقش عمده ای در فرایند توسعه کشور ایفا می کنند البته به شرطی که علاوه بر آموزش مطالب تئوری بر کاربری کردن آموخته های دانشجویان هم تاکید کنند و یا به اصطلاح، دانشگاهی کارآفرینی باشند. در چنین دانشگاهی دانشجویان با ذهنیتی مثبت و بهره گیری از فرصت ها به جستجو و کشف ناشناخته ها و موارد جدید می پردازند و با ترکیب و تحلیل متغیرهای مختلف و اتکا به توانمندی های شخصی به یافته های تازه ای می رسند که خود و دیگران از آن بهره مند می شوند. لذا به منظور دستیابی به این هدف و برقراری ارتباط هر چه عمیق تر بین دانشگاه و صنعت توصیه می شود دانشگاه ها به اصلاح و بازنگری برنامه های درسی خود بپردازند مراکز راهنمایی و مشاوره شغلی را تاسیس نمایند و همچنین با شرایطی مشخص بخشی از سهمیه پذیرش سالانه خود را در هر مقطع تحصیلی به کارکنان موسسات صنعتی اختصاص دهند.
其他摘要：One of the important centers for providing and training proficient, specialized manpower is universities. Having competent and skilled manpower is necessary for each country's industrial growth and development. Therefore, it could be said that universities play a significant role in developing process of the country, provided that in addition to theoretical subjects, and emphasis to be also made on applied sciences and education, another words universities shall become entrepreneur. students who are educated in such universities, with clear and positive minds could use the opportunity to search and discover unknowns and new ideas and by synthesizing and analyzing different variables and depending on their own personal abilities find new ideas that can be helpful to themselves and to others. So, in order to achieve this aim and establish stronger relation between university and industry, it is recommended that universities should: - reform and revise their syllabizes - establish guidance and vocational counseling centers - based on a certain conditions, dedicate a quota for the yearly admission to those working industrial establishment.
