摘要：فهم هرمونتیکی، مساله و معمای فهم را در هر منوتیک مدرن پاسخ می دهد و این امر حاصل تعامل فهم با عمل و زبان است با تاکید بر تحولات صورت گرفته در ساخت جامعه و سیاست ابعاد فهم هرمونتیکی عقل و دین از منظر رویه های شناخت انسانی اهمیت زیادی می یابد نکته قابل ملاحظه این است که اجزا عقل و دین در هر منظر معرفت شناسانه متفاوت است و تنها می توان به عنوان یبک متد اجمالی متوالی در فهم از ان ها کمک گرفت در این مقاله در پی اثبات این فرضیه هستیم که با توجه به روز امدشدن عقل و دین میان برداشت های معاصر از عقل و دین با برداشت های قدیمی تحول رخ خواهد داد که اقتضائات زمان و مکان را درک موضوعات مرتبط با ساحت اجتماعی و سیاسی عقل و دین یاری می کنمد فهم اندیشمندان جدید اهل سنت در تداوم نظریه مقاصد شریعت و فهم اجتهادی شریعت نیز در فهم اندیشمندان شیعه قرار میگیرد از نگاه روشی مبتنی بر گفتمان تجدید حیات اسلام با تغییر فهم از دین به مثابه یک امر اجتماعی و چند بعدی بر کرامت مداری انسان تجدید سنن الهی و همراه با عقلانیت منبعث از وحی توجه خاصی می نماید.
