摘要:This research has been done with the objective of studying personality necessary for success of information search experts. By applying traits theory and using scientific factor analysis, few traits were selected and measured, THE BIG FIVE-FACTOR MODEL was used as the basis of the research. According to this model, traits were divided into five the big factors: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, Culture. Base of this assumption personality questionnaire, with 37 characteristics was distributed between 32 information search experts and 32 librarians. The information collected and analysis by using of binomial and chisquar. The results showed, the big five factors has a direct affect on success of information search experts and librarians.
