摘要：This paper models the dynamics of the Livradois-Forez dairy basin. The approach is based on a progressiveformalization. We begin by establishing and sequencing the history of the dairy basin, then we aggregated theinformation into an integrating variable, formalizing the transformations of this variable and its mechanisms.Three models of dynamic are discussed: transformation of the agri-food system throughout the entire basin;transformation of the basin outlines and coexistence of agri-food systems; transformation of the basin outlines,coexistence and hybridization of systems.
