摘要:The objective of this study was to better understand the relationship betweengastronomic tourism and the creative economy. In the last years, there has been asolidification of gastronomy as the main motive to carrying out a trip. Tourists are in the 21stcentury «hungry» of new and different experiences. Tourist experiences and its outcome inwhich regards to the fulfilment or not of expectations is extremely important. The creativeeconomy plays today a crucial role since gastronomic tourists are looking after the origin ofthe gastronomic food, legends and stories about food.
