摘要:The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of student`s poor posture at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb. The most common spine disorders, and frequency of injuries were also established. The study was conducted on a sample of 116 students of the Faculty of kinesiology, University of Zagreb (40 female students and 76 male students) at the third year of study, in the academic year 2016/2017. Students did postural assessment and fulfilled an apposite questionnaire. The results showed that 98% of the students had at least one postural disorder. The most common disorders were in the area of shoulder (14%) and the lateral arch of the foot (14%). Injuries during the study were registered in 41% of the students. Injuries were most often located in the ankle, knee and shoulders. Male students were more often injured then the female students. Spine disorders (at the neck, thoracic and lumbar region) were present in 24% of students. There were 73 students involved in some physical activity besides the obligation at the faculty. 56% of them had spine postural disorders, most commonly scoliotic poor posture.
