摘要：Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an environment which is often rich of data about the enterprise. Data warehouse online analytical processing techniques provided decision makers a set of useful tools to analyze report and graphically represent data of the ERP. It can be said that OLAP tools provides different summarized perspectives of the data. On the other hand, Data Mining techniques can discover previously unknown patterns of knowledge. It can be said that data mining provides a deeper look in the data. This paper provides a comparison and case-study of benefits obtained by applying OLAP or data mining techniques and the effect of integrating the both approaches in ERP
