摘要：The Xilinx Spartan family provides the ability to perform partial reconfiguration. This paper concentrates on how to track a moving object using three different components- fixed hardware, reconfigurable hardware and software. This flow can be considered to be a part of a general methodology to implement mean shift algorithm for tracking moving object.
