摘要：Fulfilling the requirements of different applications and services in a real Cloud environment is extremely a big challenge. In this challenge the provision policies have to achieve the availability by allocating the appropriate resource to the customer services without any conflict in resource demands and with determining the right amount of required resources for the execution of services. According to the work in this paper, a Resource Provision Optimal Algorithm (RPOA) based on Particle Swarm Optimization PSO has been introduced and implemented to find the near optimal solution of resource allocation with minimizing both time and cost.
