摘要：Pulse transformer is always used to be the isolator between gate driver and power MOSFET. There are many topologies about the peripheral circuit. This paper proposes a new topology circuit that uses pulse transformer to transfer driving signal and driving power, energy storage capacitor to supply secondary side power and negative voltage. Without auxiliary power source, it can realize rapidly switch and off state with negative voltage. And a simulation model has been used to verify it. The simulation results prove that the new driver has a better anti-interference, faster switching speed, lower switching loss, and higher reliability than the current drive circuits.
