摘要：This work deals with the problem of operational risk management within the port terminals at the RO-RO activity. After mapping the import and export process and an analysis of the historical evolution of risks, the paper proposes a specific methodology for the identification, analysis and evaluation of operational risks at the RO-RO activity in terms of nature of gravity and level of mastery based on AHP multicriteria approach. Critical risks are identified in order to establish preventive measures.
