摘要：This research analyzes the development of e-government in Jordan readiness; depending on the United Nations indicators during the time period from 2003 to 2012.This study can help in the development of proposals, plans and strategies to improve the level of e-government in Jordan. This, in turn, is expected to enhance the quality of the respective citizen services while reducing its cost and increasing the efficiency.
