摘要:Surface electromyography (SEMG) signals from support muscles can be used for the myoelectrical control of the hand and forearm. However, in cases of neuropathy, SEMG signals are negligible (lower than background noise) or non-existent, which hampers myoelectric control of limbs. In this paper, we prove that SEMG signals from the upper limb can support secondary information by antagonist coactivation for proportional myocontrol of the exoskeleton to help movement in cases of neuropathy in the forearm (e.g., CMT).
