摘要：Knowledge Management System (KMS) is information and communication tool that increases the consumption of Knowledge Management (KM). There are different approaches to KMS: Social approach, technological approach, and socio-technical approach. In this paper we develop a theoretical framework by linking the main components of KM System (KMS) from soico-techno perspectives to DeLone and McLean successes model to develop a success framework of KMS. By assessing to which degree these components are present/absent in an organization, the practitioners will be able to identify their weakness and strength points, and then build a preparing plan that can help them to achieve the willingness required toward a successful implementation of the soico- techno KMS.
