摘要：Toxoplasmosis is an opportunistic infection caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. The infection is severe and difficult todiagnose in patients receiving allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). It frequently involves the centralnervous system. The case is presented of cerebral toxoplasmosis in a 17-year-old youth with Fanconi anaemia treated withhaematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
