摘要:The lack of tactical aspects in Athletics’ disciplines has made difficult the creation of new teaching methodologies that foster the activeengagement and participation of sport people in this sport. The aim of this work is to present a proposal based on Ludotechnic TeachingModel focusing on the key points that trainers should pay attention on in athletics’ jump disciplines (long jump, triple jump, high jumpand pole vault). About each discipline, there is a technical description splitted into phases, the appropriate materials serviceable touse during teaching process, different activities and most common mistakes. Therefore, this paper provides very useful information tothose trainers or teachers who look for the combination of the acquisition of technical performance aspects and the enjoyment with itspractice, always from an integrative perspective.
