摘要：This article seeks to deal with the juridical aspects concerning some existential or patrimonial juridical situations involving the elderly person in Brazilian family law, considering that the Federal Constitution imposes to the State, to the society e to all other human persons the observation and promotion of the elderly person’s dignity.
