摘要：This article seeks to present reflections on human genetic research from a juridical standpoint. Those reflections compose a wider research on the juridical treatment of genetic information in the context of scientific research and medicine. For that purpose this article analyses the amplitude of informed consent furnished by donors of genetic material and human genetic information for purposes of research, considering the possibility of secondary usage of that material and the information deposited in biological databases.
