摘要:Whether public or private, TPE or SMEs, subsidiaries or multinationals;Companies are not immune to crises. The advent of NICTs is actually an instrument, even a tool with two edges,whose effects on the handling of possible crises remain dependent on the degree ofmastery, and the way to enhance the instruments, notably Web 2.0. It is in this context that this article attempts to answer the following question: How to make web 2.0 a crisis management platform of the company and avoidits misdeeds?.
