摘要：Este artículo discute algunos procesos de significación que marcan la adherencia tera - péutica al tratamiento antirretroviral por parte de mujeres viviendo con vih . A través del análisis cualitativo de 21 entrevistas autobiográficas con usuarias de dos servicios estatales especializa - dos en México, la investigación analiza su experiencia en el apego y permanencia en el servicio médico, entendido éste como prácticas de cuidado de la salud y de gestión del diagnóstico. La vo - luntad de ser indetectable —tanto a nivel de carga viral como de apariencia física— se expresa como un “proyecto de felicidad” y constituye una de las significaciones centrales en la adherencia.
其他摘要：The present article deals with some of the important processes which mark the thera - peutic adherence to anti-retroviral treatment by women living with hiv . By way of the qualitative analysis of 21 autobiographical interviews with women using two specialized state services in Mexico our research analyzes their experience in sticking to and staying in the medical services. This is understood as practices of healthcare and managing their diagnoses. The will to remain undetectable —at the level of the viral load as well as in their physical appearance— is expressed in a “project for happiness” and constitutes one of the main motives for adherence.
