摘要：Este artigo apresenta uma proposição metodológica para o estudo e promoção da institucionalização do modelo de Arranjo Produtivo Local (APL) por meio da aglomeração de organizações de turismo dos municípios de Quatro Barras e Campina Grande do Sul, situados na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (RMC). A partir de uma perspectiva teórica institucionalista e uma abordagem metodológica colaborativa, esta proposição pretende alcançar dois resultados: um puramente acadêmico, no sentido de corroborar os fundamentos da institucionalização; e outro prático, em que os pesquisadores participantes buscam apreender as ações, relações e estruturas sociais que influenciam o grupo de organizações do polo de turismo mencionado. Como consequência da intervenção colaborativa proposta pelos pesquisadores, o estudo contribui para trazer à tona as principais necessidades dos atores envolvidos, disseminar práticas e estimular a produção de mecanismos de cooperação interorganizacional com base em modelos institucionalizados em outras regiões do Paraná. INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF LOCAL PRODUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT: A Methodological Proposition This article presents a methodological proposal for the study and promotion of the institutionalization of the Local Productive Arrangement (LPA) model through the agglomeration of tourism organizations of the municipalities of Quatro Barras and Campina Grande do Sul, located in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba (RMC). From a theoretical institutionalist perspective and a collaborative methodological approach, this proposition aims to achieve two results: a purely academic one, in order to corroborate the foundations of institutionalization; and another practical one, in which the participating researchers seek to apprehend the actions, relations and social structures that influence the group of pole tourism organizations mentioned. As a consequence of the collaborative intervention proposed by the researchers, the study contributes to bring out the main needs of the actors involved, disseminate practices and stimulate the production of interorganizational cooperation mechanisms based on institutionalized models in other regions of Paraná.
