  • 摘要:Globalization and change as a result of globalization has brought differentiation in consumption needs of people starting from modes of living. While the change in desire and expectation of customers, differentation in market and competition conditions, marketing and trade in terms of globalization are pushing businesses to become innovative, an environment where countries compete has been created. Because, it is impossible for the countries without economic and commercial success in the world to have a voice in political speaking. In this case, it is aimed to support innovative businesses with public funding and create businesses that are active globally. Innovation and creativity are mainly a product of management philosophy. The thoughts and assumptions of managers about innovation are the main determinant of their practices and manners towards innovation. Accordingly, a management style which encourage innovation and creativity, and also think every kind of individual thought is valuable is critical to the success of businesses. In this study about the effect of product and process innovation on business performance, it is aimed to analyse a state funded R&D project and clarify the importance of subject.
