摘要：The purpose of this overview is to understand, in a comprehensive way, the problematic of chapter three of Robert Alexy's ‘A Theory of Constitutional Rights’. Thus, it makes a comprehensive approach to the main concepts surrounding the problem of the collision of principles, as well as highlights the main points of the argumentation built in the aforementioned chapter.
