摘要：El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo valorar algunas experiencias en la aplicación del cuadro de mando integral (CMI) en las instituciones de educación superior. El estudio comparado realizado permitió sintetizar las principales características de los diferentes modelos y metodologías analizadas, y reconocer al CMI como una herramienta de elevada utilidad para el seguimiento y control de la estrategia institucional, a la vez que hace posible la alineación de los objetivos estratégicos con la gestión operativa en las instituciones universitarias.
其他摘要：The present work is aimed at evaluating some of the experiences in the application of the comprehensive chain of command (CCC) in the higher education institution. The comparative study performed made possible to synthetize the main characteristics of the different models and methodologies analyzed, and to acknowledge CCC as a very useful tool for the follow-up and control of the institutional strategy; at the same time, it makes possible to align the strategic objectives with the operative management of the university institutions.
