摘要：En el presente artículo se analiza y evalúa el comportamiento los factores de competitividad en la provincia Villa Clara, sustentando el análisis en la metodología del diamante de Porter (1990), el método de expertos y el estudio de las bases teórico-conceptuales de la competitividad. La discusión de los resultados mostró la existencia de factores económicos, políticos y sociales que requieren ser gestionados con el fin de contribuir con el incremento de la competitividad en el territorio, mediante el desarrollo de proyectos, fundamentalmente en los sectores productivos y en particular en las producciones tradicionales como la industria azucarera, con el objetivo de rescatarla. Otro sector que también contribuye con el incremento de la competitividad en el territorio, es el sector turístico, enfocando en el territorio su efecto multiplicador, al potenciar el encadenamiento con el resto de los sectores, y fortaleciendo el tejido productivo local.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes the behavior and evaluates the competitiveness factors in the province of Villa Clara, supporting the analysis methodology Diamond Porter (1990), the expert method and the study of theoretical and conceptual foundations of competitiveness. The discussion of the results showed the existence of economic, political and social rights that need to be managed in order to contribute to the increased competitiveness in the country through the development of projects, mainly in the productive sectors and in particular in the traditional products and the sugar industry, with the aim of rescuing. Another sector that also contributes to the increase of competitiveness in the territory is the tourism industry, focusing on the territory that the multiplier effect, to enhance the linkage with other sectors, and strengthening the local production.
