摘要：This paper investigates the activity of one of the most representative personality of the Romanian Interwar Diplomacy Nicolae Titulescu. We point out the value of his vision on the role that the Society of Nations had in preserving the peace and rebuilding the international system and we conclude on the novelties of his intuitions.
