摘要：The aim of the paper is to provide the management tools for thestrategic planning of economic and social growth in thedeveloping countries.This is an innovative approach to development that usesdifferent tools from Economics and Management. Thanks tothis hybridization, the approach introduces a new model and anew vision which are based, for the first time, on the concept ofMacro Management. The fundamental idea is that developmentcan be managed, like any other process.
