摘要：the paper analyzes how the negative morphemescan change the semantic meaning of a phrase/sentence and theways to identify it. In many cases, negation in a sentence/phrasesignifies the presence of negative morphemes (grammaticalmorphemes which can be free or bound) in a sentence. Theproposed approach is to check the suffix or prefix of phrase,antonym-of and presence of negative particle in thegrammatically correct sentences. The proposed technique isdivided into three tasks: first, to apply POS (parts-of-speech)tagging technique in the grammatically correct text documentsand second, to identify negative morphemes in a sentence, andthird, to count the frequency of negative morphemes.
