  • 摘要:The Healthcare Industry is one of the world's biggestand quickest developing enterprises, devouring more than 10percent of total national output (GDP) of most createdcountries, and majorly affects any nation's economy. One ofthe greatest issues the medicinal services industry battles withis Interoperability of Health Information. Key tointeroperability is the capacity of one medicinal servicesassociation errand to be "noticeable" in another socialinsurance association. The Clinical Document Architecture(CDA) created by HL7 is a center archive standard to assurersuch interoperability, and augmentation of this reportorganization is basic for interoperability. The ClinicalDocument Architecture (CDA) has turned out to be aprofitable and capable standard for an organized trade ofclinical records between heterogeneous programmingframeworks like a Hospital Information System and aPhysician Office System. In this paper, we describe our CDAdocument generation and integration Open API service basedon cloud computing, through which clinics are permit toadvantageously create CDA records without purchasingrestrictive programming. Our system of CDA documentgeneration and integration is based on cloud computing andthe service is offered in Open API.
