摘要：Task scheduling is the important requirement incloud computing, whole cloud computing facilities efficiency isdependent on task scheduling. In cloud computing, taskscheduling by considering different parameters like make span,cost, scalability, time, reliability, availability, resourceutilization, etc. it does the allocation of best suitable resources tothe task that is to be executed. The main motive of research is topropose a new algorithm using particle swarm optimizationtechnique which has better and less response time and do bettertask scheduling on VM’s. Using GA the problem of complexityand convergence increases the response time and does notbalances the load among the VM’s. So, we introduce a newalgorithm using particle swarm optimization that resolves theseproblems. The objective is to test the proposed approachthrough simulator and do the comparative analysis with geneticalgorithm based approach on the following parameter (a)Makespan (b) Efficient utilization of VM and Do thecomparison on above mentioned parameters in variousscenarios.
