摘要：A Number plate recognition system is one kind of anintelligent transport system. During the last decade ithas gained much interest along with the improvementof digital cameras and improvement in computationalcapacity. It is used widely in highway electronic tollcollection, traffic monitoring systems and parking insmart cities. In this paper we have used MSERtechnique to clearly show the number plate’salphanumeric data in coloured way.
