摘要：Role of woman is vital in the progress of a society. Women in Pakistan are facing problemsthat create hindrances in their progress. Present study aimed to analyze the attitude of societytowards female. It was a descriptive study. Conclusions of study were based on responses of792 women. It concluded that government is trying to empower women but women are facingproblems due to some attitudes and customs of society. Women are facing problems indomestic and professional life. It suggested that implementation of laws should be strictlymonitored. Male persons should review their behavior about the women at different phases oflife. Education system should be used as a tool to bring improvements in the life of women.
