摘要：The paper is focused on the analysis and application ofa variable structure feed-forward neural network. For issues ofsegmentation and performance optimization, the coding scheme,operational parameters, initiation of training configuration,generation of sub-population, decomposition of networkconnection are all factors which should be considered.
