摘要:An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) provides nearly instantaneous power when the main utilitypower source fails, these are widely used to provide reliable and high quality power to critical loads in all gridconditions. This paper proposes a non-isolated online uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. The proposed systemconsists of bridgeless PFC boost rectifier, battery charger/discharger, and an inverter. A new battery charger/dischargerhas been proposed which ensures the bidirectional power flow between dc-link and battery bank, reducing the batterybank voltage to only 24V, and regulates the dc-link voltage during power failure from the grid. A new control method,proportional-resonant control and integrating slide mode control, for inverter has been proposed which regulates theoutput voltage for both non-linear and linear loads. The controller exhibits excellent performance during step changesand transients in load.
