摘要：This paper aims to improve Human Computer Interaction (HCI) using “Hand Gesture Recognition”.Human Computer Interaction (HCI) is the boon to new advancements in the ease of using computer and variousdevices. Use of body parts like hand, face expressions, etc gives a new and an easy way to interact with the computer.Making a gesture using hand is one of the simplest ways to give a command to a device to perform a specific task.Hand gesture recognition has many applications such as Sign Language Recognition, Communication in VideoConference, using a finger as a pointer for selecting options from menu and Interacting with a computer by easy wayfor children or also in gesture based games.
