摘要：Cloud computing is the biggest buzz in the computer world these days -- maybe too big of a buzz.Cloud computing means different things to different people. Cloud computing is not a small, undeveloped branch ofIT. Research firm IDC thinks that cloud computing will reach $42 billion in 2012. You can do everything on cloudfrom running applications to storing data off-site. You can run entire operating systems on the cloud. This paper is foranyone who may have recently heard the term "cloud computing" for the first time and needs to know what it is andhow it helps them.. This paper will tell the need of third party auditor in security of cloud.This paper will givebrief idea about what are the security threats in cloud computing .This paper will analyze the various securityobjectives such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, auditing, accountability, availability, authoriza- tion.This paper also studies the various data security concerns such as various reconnaissance techniques, denialof service, account cracking, hostile and self-replicating codes,system or network penetration, Bufferoverflow,SQL injection attack.
