标题：La importancia de investigar sobre la conciliación. El caso del Centro de Conciliación "Luis Fernando Vélez Vélez" de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Antioquia
摘要：Desde la teoría, mucho se ha escrito sobre la conciliación, pero sobre el tema, otra cosa es lo que existe desde lo práctico, desde lo investigativo. Sobre esta último, es decir, respecto de su aplicación práctica y la investigación, escasamente se encuentran datos meramente numéricos, cifras sobre los acuerdos que se han logrado o no, los cuales, en últimas, no dicen mucho sobre lo que realmente interesa o sobre lo que conlleva la figura. El presente trabajo expone, de manera resumida, algunos desarrollos y avances del recorrido en la ejecución de la investigación "Resolución de conflictos: A propósito de la conciliación en el Centro de Conciliación de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Antioquia". Por lo tanto se plantea, en una primera parte, básicamente, el abarcamiento de los elementos centrales en lo referente al tema de la conciliación como método alternativo de resolución de conflictos, al objeto de la investigación y sus objetivos; en un segundo momento, se menciona el proceso metodológico empleado en la investigación, o bien, los lineamientos básicos que dan cuerpo y desarrollo a los objetivos propuestos; y finalmente, se dan unas pequeñas pinceladas de lo que presentaremos en el informe final y que tienen que ver con lo encontrado hasta el momento en dicha investigación. Summary From the theory, much has been written about conciliation, but about the subject; another thing is what exists from the practical, from research. On this last one, that is to say, respect it's practical application and research, barely there are numerical data, numbers ofthe agreements that have been obtained or not, which, at last, don 't say to much of what really interests or about the figure. The present work exposes, on a summarized way, some developments and advances during the execution of the investigation "Resolution of conflicts: With regard of conciliation at the Conciliation Center ofthe Faculty ofLaw and Political Sciences ofthe University ofAntioquia". Therefore considers, one the first part, basically, the content of central elements referring to conciliation as an alternative method of resolution of conflicts, the object oftbe research and its purposes; at a second moment, is mentioned the methodologic process used in the research, or, the basic features that give shape and development to the purposes proposed; and finally, a quick view of what we will present in the final report and what has being found until now in this investigation.
