Also, thepaper analyzes the ideal human and the contribution of legal norms to its realization. Last but notleast, we will show the necessary aspects that are imposed for the sanitation of social life by diurnalimperfections, caused by the breach of law, legislative antinomy, and discriminations and thereinstatement in rights. We will try to reach the conclusion that happiness represents the esplanadeof all human desires and that all the people deserve to have the right to be happy.
