摘要：This article analyses the issue of posting workers and administrativechallenges in the Baltic States and Poland. The administrative challengesare explained through administrative cooperation and informationsharing/exchange between national labour inspectorates inthe selected countries. The data for the analyses collected from thedocumentary and legal sources. The series of in-depth interviewswere made with officials, experts and other interested actors that tocollect data about information sharing/exchange and administrativecooperation between labour inspectorate through the Internal MarketSystem (IMI). The results show growing need for personal andinformal cooperation for exchange of administrative information inthe European Administrative Space. We find that there are fouradvantages for information exchange through IMI: it is easier to finda responsible and coordinating authority in the Member States; itprotects personal data; the information from the system is used forthe purposes of legal proof or it is legitimized; and it is easier to findinformation. However, the strict procedural communication modemay overcome informal interactions by linked authorities or civilservants.
