摘要:This research aims to 1) develop of indicators of decision making in tutorial schools,2) to test the consistency of a structural relationship model of the indicators of decision making in tutorial schools which have been developed from documents and related research reviews and from theoretical research and empirical data 3) to evaluate the criteria and the guide to use the developed indicators of indicators of decision making in tutorial schools. Descriptive research methodology was applied in two phases. Phase One is to develop a decision making model in tutorial schools by documents and related research reviews, depth interviews, multiple case studies from seven recognized and nationally renowned tutorial schools of Thailand and confirmatory factor analysis of the decision making model in tutorial schools. Phase Two is to evaluate the developed guide and criteria in decision making in tutorial schools by experts and focus discussion group. The unit of analysis was a tutorial school that the population size was 1,423 schools operating in 2557 academic year. The sample size was 302 tutorial schools selected by stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected from three participants at each tutorial school, totaling 906 people. Data capturing tools were 1) semi-structured interview with open-ended questions answered and assessed by experts and group discussion 2) questionnaires used to query the opinions of stakeholders from all participants.
