摘要:Security is a basic requirement in mobile adhocnetwork to provide a secure communication between the mobilenodes. Mobile adhoc network(MANET) is a kind of wirelessnetwork which do not rely on any predefined infrastructure. Dueto the open nature of medium mobile adhoc network isvulnerable to various attack. In this paper, we focus on selectivejamming attack in which the adversary targets the message ofhigh importance such as routing message. To mitigate theseattacks some cryptographic primitives are used but this methodintroduce higher computation overhead. To reduce suchoverhead we design a new mechanism which can detect theattacker or jammer node with lower computation andcommunication overhead. In this paper, we proposed a EnhanceTrusted Adhoc On Demand Distance Vector Routing protocol(ETAODV), which is a modification of well known adhoc ondemand distance vector routing protocol (AODV). ProposedEnhance rust based adhoc on demand distance vector routingprotocol(ETAODV) protect the network by identifying themalicious behavior of node with the help of trust value. Thecommunication among the nodes depends on the trust value ofnode with its neighbor. The simulation result in NS2.35 exhibitthat our proposed protocol not only prevent the network frommalicious node but also enhance the overall performance interms of Throughput and Packet Delivery Ratio without applyingany cryptographic method.
