摘要：By regulating the possibility of exercising the subjective mortgage right under the mortgage contract invested with executory formula, our legislature intended to simplify the procedure of tracking the mortgaged asset and satisfy the secured obligation, in the interests of security and stability of credit relations. At the same time, the legislature did not take in account the need to protect the interests of the debtor.
