摘要：We propose to describe the evolution and the essence of controlling system, as a method of control and management techniques in order to identify the advantages of their subsequent use in a private company. The scientific research aims the controlling system applied by international practice, adaptation and its compliance needs to the realities and specific of our private companies.The importance of this problem stems from the political and economic potential of our country, about the fact that sooner or later we will have to align with European standards, to be able to compete with the companies from the contry members in the EU.
