摘要：The study is devoted to the scientific substantiation. The study redefines the term/concept of the „principle of education", it shows interrelationship among principle of education, education rules and scientific foundations network, scientific principles to education. The contents of the work are analyzed and demonstrate interrelationship applications and principles that drive specifically manifested at the level of education rules.
