摘要:In this paper, we present face detection and tracking algorithm in real time camera input environment.The entire face tracking algorithm is divided into two modules. The first module is face detection and second is facetracking. To detect the face in the image, Haar based algorithm is used. On the face image, Shi and Tomasi algorithm isused to extract feature points and Pyramidal Lucas-Kanade algorithm is used to track those detected features. Results onthe real time indicate that the proposed algorithm can accurately extract facial features points. The algorithm is appliedon the real time camera input and under real time environmental conditions.
